Are you TIRED of being tired?
In a recent study, 78% of Americans said that they woke up tired or very tired one to three days per week and 38% said they wake up tired more than 4 days per week. 51% of American teenagers say they feel tired and sleepy in school. While the study was conducted for Americans I’m confident it holds similarly true for most industrialized countries.

When you can’t sleep well you feel tired, run down, you can’t think right. Your energy is low, even the things you enjoy doing don’t make you as happy as they once did. Just getting through the day can be tough and you spend much of it thinking about how tired you feel.
There are so many reasons why you may not be feeling rested. Maybe you have difficulty staying asleep or waking up or even having a hard time falling asleep.
Ever think it might just be life? Go to bed at the same time each night, no pets in the bed, buy a new bed, buy a new pillow, Blah, Blah, Blah. Who can live like that?
Those recommendations make sense but do they work with YOUR LIFESTYLE? I bet not.
Most people don’t have the real facts based on the Science of Sleep Medicine and the result is that we develop sleep habits that lead to poor QUALITY and QUANTITY of sleep. Why? Because we get our information from non-credible sources: the media, our good-hearted friends and family, even our doctors. Most people have never spoken to or heard of a Sleep Doctor. If they have, they probably went for a sleep test, were told they had apnea.
