Care

SomniFix Mouth Strips are designed to be used only once, so there’s no need for daily cleaning or special storage. After each night, simply peel off the strip and dispose of it. 

To get the best results, always apply to clean, dry lips free of oils, lotions, or balms. Store unopened strips in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat to preserve the adhesive’s effectiveness. If you have sensitive skin, check for any irritation and give your skin a break if needed.

How to Use

  1. Start with clean, dry lips for the best seal. 
  2. Gently close your lips — no need to force it.
  3. Center the strip so the breathing vent lines up with your lips.
  4. Press it on and smooth outward. It should feel snug, not tight.
  5. Sleep comfortably while nose breathing.
  6. When you wake up, gently peel off the strip and discard it.

    Works!

    I started using this mouth tape recently, and my snore score on the Snorelab app has gone from about 14 to zero! I wasn't sure how much I'd like having my mouth taped shut, but to my surprise, it hasn't been hard at all. Maybe just a little getting used to on the first night.

    I love the quality of this mouth tape. I appreciate the structure of it including the mesh opening for breathing through in case your mouth does open. Stays on all night- always.

    Great product

    I never would’ve thought that I would wear mouth tape, but I finally gave in and bought these. I bought some from Amazon, too, but do not like those at all. These are comfortable on my face and I love the small meshed opening in the middle in case I partially open my mouth to breathe through it. I’ve been using these for a couple of months and I’ve not had any dry mouth! I use a CPAP and nose strips and this mouth tape completes the trifecta of a good night’s sleep.

    Too many issues with this tape

    I was unable to keep the tape sealed well. I had a lot of mouth leaks with my cpap mask. It was also a little irritating to my skin when removing it. However, to be fair, I do have very sensitive skin. I am returning this.
