If you find a lower price on the same product from an authorized retailer, we’ll match it.

How It Works

If you see a better price elsewhere, reach out to us at info@sleepdoctor.com and send us:

• A link or screenshot of the lower price
• The retailer’s name or website

From there, we’ll verify a few details to make sure it’s a true apples-to-apples comparison.

What Qualifies for a Price Match

To be eligible, the product must:

• Be the exact same item (same model/SKU), including all accessories and specifications from the manufacturer
• Be new and in stock from the other retailer
• Be listed at a standard retail price (not tied to insurance, bundles, or promo codes)
• Be sold by an authorized dealer

We’re able to match pricing from trusted retailers like Lofta, Apria, Sleeplay, and other authorized sellers.

What Doesn’t Qualify

We’re not able to match prices from:

• Unauthorized sellers or marketplaces (like eBay, Amazon, or Facebook Marketplace)
• Listings with unclear product condition or warranty
• Limited-time codes, flash sales, or insurance-based pricing

We can match competitor pricing up to 25% off. For larger differences, our team will review the request and explore the best option for you.
