How long is the appointment?

Each appointment is 20 minutes via video call.

When can I book my appointment?

You can book your appointment at any time after receiving your CPAP machine. Most customers find it helpful within the first 30-60 days of therapy.

What if I don't know how to access my sleep data?

No problem—your Sleep Care Advocate will walk you through it during the call.

Will I receive a written report or recommendations?

Yes, you'll receive a summary of recommendations discussed during the session, a copy of your therapy data, and links to helpful resources.

What happens after the appointment?

You'll leave with actionable recommendations and next steps. You can also purchase another one-time session or explore our ongoing Clinical Follow-Up Program for continued support.
