The Rio II Full Face Cushion features an under-the-nose design, sitting comfortably beneath the nostrils and around the mouth. This helps reduce pressure on the bridge of the nose while maintaining a secure, stable fit. This low-profile design can also make it easier to wear glasses or relax before bed.

Over time, cushions can wear down due to regular use, exposure to moisture, and contact with skin oils, which may lead to leaks or reduced comfort. Replacing the cushion every month (or sooner) helps ensure a reliable seal, consistent airflow, and a more comfortable therapy experience. Designed specifically for the Rio II Full Face Mask, this replacement cushion is available in small, medium, and large.

Free Shipping for orders $50 and above in contiguous U.S. For orders under $50.00, the shipping rate is $7.99. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands are subject to an additional shipping fee.

Orders under $50.00:

Orders over $50.00:

Expedited shipping is not available:

We can help you obtain a prescription renewal at no extra charge if your prescription has expired or is not accessible.
