The ResMed AirFit P10 Fit Pack gives you everything you need to find the right nasal pillow fit—all in one kit. It includes the standard (S/M/L) or “For Her” (XS/S/M) sizing options, frame, headgear, and multiple pillow sizes to accommodate different nostril shapes.

Built with QuietAir venting and a split-strap design, it minimizes noise and facial contact, making it ideal for sleepers who value lightweight comfort and an unobtrusive CPAP setup. Plus, its three-piece design is easy to assemble, clean, and swap out parts as needed.

Care

Daily

  1. Disassemble the mask.
  2. Gently wash the cushion and frame in warm water with mild soap (no harsh detergents).
  3. Rinse thoroughly under running water to remove all soap residue.
  4. Allow the parts to air dry away from direct sunlight or heat.

Weekly

  1. Disassemble the full mask, including the headgear.
  2. Inspect for wear and tear, especially on the cushion and headgear, and replace any worn parts.
  3. Soak all parts in warm, soapy water for about five to 10 minutes.
  4. Use a soft brush (like a toothbrush) to gently scrub the vent and any crevices in the mask frame.
  5. Rinse all components thoroughly under clean water.
  6. Lay everything flat to dry completely before reassembling.

How It Works

The ResMed AirFit P10 delivers pressurized air through soft nasal pillows that rest gently at the nostrils, secured by lightweight split-strap headgear. As air flows from your CPAP machine through the flexible tubing, the nasal pillows create a stable seal to keep your airway open throughout the night. The QuietAir venting system disperses exhaled air softly and quietly, reducing noise for you and your partner.

How to Use It

  1. Select from the included sizes of nasal pillow cushions to find the best fit for your nostrils.
  2. Secure the chosen nasal pillow cushion to the mask frame until it clicks into place.
  3. Slip the lightweight split-strap headgear over your head, positioning the nasal pillows gently at the base of your nostrils.
  4. Turn on your CPAP machine and check for air leaks. Adjust the mask or headgear as needed.
  5. Lie down and breathe normally through your nose.
  6. Each morning, disconnect and clean the mask components.

What is a nasal pillow CPAP Mask?

Nasal pillow CPAP masks inflate to create a seal inside the user’s nostrils. Like nasal cushions, which seal against a user’s skin, nasal pillow masks are not suitable for people who breathe through their mouth or have a high air pressure prescription.

Are the ResMed AirFit P10’s pillows replaceable?

The AirFit P10 nasal pillows should be replaced every three to six months. ResMed also suggests that you replace your pillows if they begin to leak or show signs of wear.

Who shouldn’t use the ResMed AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask?

The standard AirFit P10 fits most people, including many women, while the For Her model is the better choice for people with very small facial features. Both models come with three nasal pillow sizes so that you can choose the pillow that works best for you.

Which CPAP machines can I use with the ResMed AirFit P10?

The AirFit P10 works with all CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines that use a standard 22-millimeter tubing connection. This mask is not compatible with the ResMed AirMini, but you can purchase the ResMed AirMini P10 Mask Pack if you want to use this mask style with your travel CPAP machine.

Who should not use the the AirFit P10 mask?

Do not use if you:

  • Are a mouth breathers who does not use a chin strap or mouth tape
  • Have frequent nasal congestion or allergies that block nasal breathing
  • Are a CPAP users with a high pressure setting

    The ResMed AirFit P10 nasal pillows are a better fit and experience than the full mask. Only downside is, the air hose is in front instead of the back.

    Very Comfortable

    Light-weight with sufficient hose to accommodate sleep movements. The inclusion of three nasal pillows lets you find your size in the comfort of your own bed. Instructions are clear. I recommend adding a chin strap even if you don’t think you’re a mouth-breather. I didn’t think I was and ordered the strap after I awoke with wet sleep shirts! It’s better to start with one than wish you had.

    I hated this mask

    The air blasts into your nostrils and totally dries them out. I live at 7200 feet altitude. Maybe that has something to do with the way it impacted me.
