  1. Rinse the hose with water and mild soap
  2. Scrub the interior of the hose with a tube brush to remove debris
  3. Rinse the hose with clean water to remove suds

Is the AirMini good for travel?

That’s exactly what it was designed for. The AirMini is one of the smallest CPAP machines available and easily fits into carry-ons, backpacks, and overnight bags. It’s especially popular with frequent travelers, business travelers, campers, and people who want a simpler setup away from home.

Can I use the AirMini as my everyday CPAP machine?

The AirMini delivers the same trusted CPAP therapy as larger machines in a much smaller design, making it a great option for frequent travelers, minimalists, or experienced CPAP users who want more flexibility. That said, some new users may prefer starting with a full-sized machine like the AirSense 11 for added comfort features, such as humidification, and easier long-term setup adjustments.

Does the AirMini use water for humidification?

No traditional water chamber is required. Instead, the AirMini uses ResMed’s HumidX™ waterless humidification system to add moisture and improve comfort without needing distilled water—making travel and setup much easier.

Is the AirMini quieter than a regular CPAP machine?

The AirMini is compact and relatively quiet for its size, though some users notice the sound differently because the machine and tubing sit closer to the bed. Proper mask fit and setup can make a big difference, and our team can help troubleshoot comfort or noise concerns if needed.

Does the AirMini have a battery?

No, the AirMini does not include a built-in battery and must be plugged into a power source to operate. However, it can be paired with compatible battery systems and DC converters for travel, camping, or use in vehicles.

    The size makes it worth it.

    Love the size, perfect for compact packing when traveling. Im dry mouth sensitive and wakeup w/less issues than with my ResMed 11 and not using the humidification doodad. Noise differences are negligible. Insurance won't cover it that Im aware of but the size and performance are worth to cost when space and weight are a premium
