Free Shipping for orders $50 and above in contiguous U.S. For orders under $50.00, the shipping rate is $7.99. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands are subject to an additional shipping fee.

How does the 3B Lumin CPAP Cleaner work?

The Lumin CPAP Cleaner works by emitting high-energy UVC light to disinfect your CPAP mask, hose, and humidifier chamber. A built-in lamp produces the UVC light. In just 5 minutes, the Lumin can disinfect up to 99% of bacteria, pathogens, and fungi that cause illness or infection. This device does not use any ozone, which has been shown to irritate the lungs and respiratory system.

How often should I use the Lumin CPAP Cleaner?

Lumin recommends disinfecting your CPAP mask, hose, and humidifier chamber twice a week. You don't need to disassemble your mask before placing it in the Lumin, but separating each mask component can help ensure a more thorough cleaning.

Is the Lumin CPAP Cleaner FDA-approved?

The Lumin CPAP Cleaner has not been cleared or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for cleaning CPAP equipment. In 2020, the FDA authorized the Lumin for emergency use when disinfecting N95 respirator masks, but no other FDA authorizations have been granted at this time.

Can I use the Lumin CPAP Cleaner to sanitize non-CPAP items?

Yes, you can use the Lumin CPAP Cleaner to sanitize non-CPAP items. The device can disinfect any non-living items that fit inside the cleaning tray, such as toothbrushes, dentures, pacifiers, hearing aids, and eyeglasses.

    I'm not sure I should have bought this. I bought for my CPAP but all the literature that came with only talks about cell phones,toys, household goods. Nothing about CPAP.

    CPAP CLEANER / Lumin

    I had a SoClean for many years until recently getting a new CPAP. I was told SoClean would void my warranty. It was suggested I get a Lumin cleaner that was compliant with my warranty. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but works great. It allows me not only a way to clean my CPAP but I can use it to clean so many other products. A huge plus.

    Unexpected delight

    I was hoping to get a medical pillow that sadly didn't work out, but w/ the store credit, this was one other thing in that price range I could use - and it's so great do someone who often gets sick and needs help in this area! It could have some improvements in the instructions, but easy enough to use. I would also like more space to fit my CPAP water chamber - for it to be open, rather than closed. Otherwise, it's great! And I'm glad to learn it will work for more than my CPAP machine! That should be in the description as well (e.g., cell phones, toys). I'm glad to have this!!
