Care

To keep your mat in top condition, unplug it and let it cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking the mat. Store it in a cool, dry place, and do not fold or crease the mat tightly. Vacuum any dust or debris off the mat’s mesh when necessary.

Shipping & Returns

The company offers a 120-day return window and a 1-year warranty. 

To be eligible for a return, customers must use the company’s return portal. They will provide a prepaid return shipping label once the return has been approved. Refunds are processed within three to five business days after the returned items are received at the company’s facility.

Returned products must be in like-new condition. Returns may be denied if items are found to be damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn, or missing significant components. There is a $15 restocking fee for blanket inserts, mat covers and brushes.

Free Shipping for orders $50 and above in contiguous U.S. For orders under $50.00, the shipping rate is $7.99. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands are subject to an additional shipping fee.
