Its under-the-nose cushion design supports both nasal and mouth breathing without covering the nasal bridge, helping reduce pressure points and irritation. A soft, minimalist silicone frame and top-of-head tube connection keep your field of vision clear and allow for greater freedom of movement in any sleep position.

Care

Daily

  1. Disassemble the mask by removing the cushion from the frame and headgear.
  2. Wash the cushion and frame in warm water with a few drops of mild, fragrance-free soap.
  3. Rinse thoroughly under running water to remove all soap residue.
  4. Air dry the parts on a clean towel, away from direct sunlight.

Weekly

  1. Hand wash the headgear and fabric parts in warm, soapy water.
  2. Rinse well and squeeze out excess water, being careful not to wring or twist the headgear.
  3. Inspect all mask parts for signs of wear, including stretched headgear or softening of the cushion.
  4. Air dry fully before reassembling the mask.

How It Works

The DreamWear Full Face Mask Fit Pack makes it easy to find your ideal size by including four cushion options—small, medium, large, and medium wide. Simply attach one cushion at a time to the lightweight silicone frame and test the fit while lying in your usual sleep position. 

The under-the-nose cushion supports both nasal and mouth breathing while reducing pressure on the bridge of your nose. With the top-of-head tubing connection keeping your line of sight clear, you can move freely during sleep while maintaining a secure, comfortable seal.

How to Use It

  1. Snap one of the cushions — small, medium, medium-wide, and large — onto the silicone frame and connect the elbow to your CPAP tubing.
  2. Put the mask on, adjust the headgear, and lie down in your usual sleep position to check comfort and seal.
  3. If the seal feels loose or uncomfortable, try a different cushion size until you find the best fit.
  4. Connect your tubing to the swivel elbow at the top of the mask frame and power on your machine.
  5. Lie down in your preferred position and breathe normally.

CPAP masks, including the DreamWear, can be used with PAP machines that use a standard 22-millimeter tubing connection. The only PAP machines that use other connections are some travel CPAP machines, such as the ResMed AirMini, which require the use of specific masks.

    I like the design of the mask. It’s pretty comfortable. Still find the times that the app says I took off the mask, but not sure if it when turning during the night. Not sure if it’s the mask or issue with app.

    The Most Comfortable Full Face Mask I’ve Ever Worn

    The Philips Respironics DreamWear Full Face CPAP Mask is unlike anything I’ve tried before — the under-the-nose cushion design eliminates the claustrophobic feeling of traditional full face masks, and the top-of-head hose connection means I can sleep in any position without tubing getting in the way.     Not a good experience

    I’m sure this face mask works for others but for me it’s been a nightmare. I can get the mask to seat and seal properly. A few minutes after falling asleep I’m awaken to the seal broke and air blowing everywhere. I’m probably going to have to invest in a full mask.

    Excellent service, poor ventilation and painful fit!

    I bought this mask to replace a Resmed nasal pillow mask due to congestion issues. The DreamWear mask was recommended highly. The customer service at Sleep Doctor was excellent and the transaction was painless. Unfortunately, the DreamWear mask was anything but painless. It caused significant pain to my upper teeth and lips. It also was difficult to breathe with either nose or mouth. It now sits in a corner of my closet. I have gone back to the nasal pillow. I would also like to say that the quality Phillips mask was adequate but inferior to the Resmed.
