Dream Mouth Tape is designed for single use and should be discarded after each night’s sleep. For best results, store the tape in a cool, dry place and keep it sealed in its original packaging until use to preserve the adhesive quality. 

Always apply to clean, dry skin to ensure proper adhesion and minimize irritation. If you experience any skin sensitivity, redness, or discomfort, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.

Free Shipping for orders $50 and above in contiguous U.S. For orders under $50.00, the shipping rate is $7.99. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands are subject to an additional shipping fee.

How to Use It

  1. Wash your face and ensure the area around your mouth is dry—this helps the tape stick properly.
  2. Peel the tape from the backing.
  3. Center the tape horizontally across closed lips, pressing gently to ensure full contact with the skin. 
  4. Breathe normally through your nose while sleeping. 
  5. Remove in the morning and discard.

  • Use your tongue to press against the tape from the inside if your lips are dry.
  • Stay hydrated, as well-moisturized skin helps prevent pulling.

    Mouth Tape

    I just started using mouth tape after doing a lot of research about the benefits and I absolutely cannot believe how much better I am sleeping! I used to wake up so thirsty multiple times a night from mouth breathing and now, I can sleep through the night - what a blessing!

    Mouth tape

    I ordered the Dream Mouth Tape because I am a mouth breather and having too much trouble with air leakage on the full mask. I slept a few nights with the tape to see if I could tolerate and it was so easy to acclimate to having my mouth remain closed. It is stretchable which makes it more comfortable than the skin tape I tried before. It’s easy and comfortable to take off too.

    Best I've tried

    I use a nasal pillow CPap and because I sleep with my mouth open I have to use tape or a chin strap. I've tried the strap. Tape works best. I've tried a few kinds including a well know n brand name. Dream Mouth Tape is the best, most comfortable tape I've used. I will continue to use this tape from now on.

    It works!

    I do feel they work but feel they are too big and a bit hard to remove. I trimmed them to the shape of my lips.
