This kit is for patients who have already used the Bongo Rx Starter Kit and know their size. The Bongo Rx is an EPAP device featuring two nasal cushions. During inhalation, the cushions open to assist in breathing. While exhaling, the cushions constrict to keep the airway open until the user takes another breath. The cushions must be replaced once every 90 days.

This has definitely improved my sleep. I feel more rested and the sleep tracking on my Apple Watch shows a significant reduction in breathing disturbances.
It does sometimes cause some irritation just inside my nose where the device is inserted which has caused me to occasionally take a 1-2 day break from using it. I have found putting a bit of petroleum jelly inside my nose before inserting the device reduces this.
