Utilizing the AM Aligner®, patients can record their natural bite before undergoing mandibular advancement device therapy. Following treatment, this tool is used every morning to facilitate jaw movement back to its original alignment.

Orders must be placed with approved prescription (where applicable) before 10 a.m. ET to ship same day. Excludes Saturday and Sunday delivery.

A full refund (excluding return shipping) is available for unopened items and unused impression kits within 60 days of purchase.

Some orders require a prescription and by law cannot be processed and shipped until a valid prescription is on file and verified by Sleep Doctor. We can help you obtain a prescription renewal at no extra charge if your prescription has expired or is not accessible. Just place your order and follow the instructions provided to schedule a complimentary virtual consultation with a board-certified sleep specialist.

Free shipping for orders $50 and above in the contiguous U.S. For orders under $50, the shipping rate is $7.99. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands are subject to an additional fee.

    NOT GREAT

    i have used an older version of this product for several years. the older version works great but it has finally worn out, so i had to order the new product. the new version is much smaller and barely covers your teeth it works ok but is far inferior to the older version that i have.

    Would recommend having folks review. Before using. Just reading didn’t give me the information to process. . I had to buy a 2nd (shipping fee $8) because I didn’t understand that the end should be what you hold it by and not to get it wet. It only got partly clear the 2nd time because I was afraid of it getting floppy.
