It's OK
This product, though small and easier to travel with, is noisier than the larger units, even with the muffler attached. It is also difficult to adjust the pressure settings (I still haven't been able to do it). Finally, since it is fairly light, it tends to move from the night stand when I move the tube while in bed. This may result in it ending up on the floor.

The Transcend Micro Travel CPAP is perfect for traveling. It doesn't take up a lot of space in my suitcase and I get a good night's sleep when I'm on the road. The same ResMed tubing and nasal pillows I use at home fit so I don't have to buy them separately. I highly recommend!
My husband loves the travel machine.
Purchased this micro cpap for a backpacking trip in the grand canyon. Super small and lite to fit in my hiking pack without taking much room and with paired with the optional battery I had 3 full nights of use with battery left to spare. The CPAP is quieter than my dreamstation at home and easy to use. Excited for other trips as I will no longer have to pack my large at home cpap to take with me. Kind of a game changer for travel and highly recommend.
It’s the size of a baseball and is great for travel or for an overnight stay at your friends house. Love it
When getting this device, remember that it is a travel CPAP and does sound different and react a little different than your home setup. The only issue i have is that it seems a little noisier than my home setup, but you get used to it.
