The Rio II Full Face Mask Headgear is made with soft, flexible materials and helps evenly distribute tension across the head to keep the mask in place without requiring excessive tightening. 

Designed specifically for the Rio II Full Face Mask, the headgear features an adjustable design with easy-release clips, not magnets. Replacing worn headgear every six months can help reduce shifting, minimize leaks, and ensure your mask continues to perform as intended.

Free Shipping for orders $50 and above in contiguous U.S. For orders under $50.00, the shipping rate is $7.99. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands are subject to an additional shipping fee.

Expedited Shipping

  • 2 Business day shipping - $25
  • Overnight shipping - $85

Order must be placed with approved prescription (where applicable) before 10 a.m. EST to ship same day. Excludes Saturday and Sunday delivery.

Expedited shipping is not available:

To Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and some rural areas.
