HigherDOSE’s Magnesium Spray is an easy way to boost the amount of magnesium your body gets — without any additives or scents. The spray is transdermal, meaning it’s absorbed through your skin and a good alternative to taking magnesium supplements orally.

Though you can use the spray on its own, it’s designed for use with HigherDOSE’s PEMF Mat, which has infrared technology that opens your pores. Spray your skin before laying on the mat to help boost absorption as your body heats up and begins to sweat.
