The Fisher & Paykel Vitera Full Face Mask is a full face CPAP mask with multiple features that make it comfortable to wear and easy to use. The fit pack includes small, medium, and large cushions so you can decide which size works best for you.

  • The proprietary RollFit XT Seal moves with you to reduce pressure and ensure a great seal in any position

  • Five-point headgear, quick-release clips, and color-coded mask parts make it simple to find the right fit or put the mask back together after cleaning

Care

Following these cleaning steps from the manufacturer will help keep your mask in good condition: 

  1. Remove the cushion and unhook the headgear from the mask frame. The swivel should be removed from the elbow without removing the ball-and-socket elbow from the frame. 
  2. Fisher & Paykel suggest cleaning the frame, swivel, and cushion every day. The headgear can be cleaned once a week. 
  3. Mask components should be washed in warm, soapy water and then rinsed with clean water. You should not leave any part to soak for more than ten minutes. 
  4. It is best to air-dry your mask’s components out of direct sunlight.

Are the Fisher & Paykel Vitera Full Face Mask’s cushions replaceable?

The Vitera’s silicone cushions can be replaced and are available in small, medium, and large. Fisher & Paykel recommends that the cushions should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, or once they start showing damage like discoloration, cracking, or tearing. 

How do I know which size to choose for the Fisher & Paykel Vitera Full Face Mask?

The Vitera Fit Pack comes with small, medium and large cushions so that you can try each and decide which fits you best. This fit pack only includes medium/large headgear, although the small size headgear can be purchased separately. 

Which CPAP machines can I use with the Fisher & Paykel Vitera Full Face Mask?

The Vitera, like most CPAP masks, is compatible with CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP machines that use hoses with standard, rubber-tipped 22-millimeter ends. This category includes almost all PAP machines aside from some travel models, such as the ResMed AirMini, that use proprietary hoses.

    Not for me

    This was definitely not the mask for me. There are a lot of parts and straps, and even though I'm not claustrophobic, wearing this thing made me tense! I think it's because the plastic piece that goes between the eyes up to the forehead makes it feel like a cage. On top of that, I can't get it to stay sealed.
