I'm happy with this pillow. It's supportive when I sleep on my back, and the cutouts on the sides work well to keep from squishing my mask when I sleep on my side. Given the odd shape, I'm glad it came with a pillowcase. The pillowcase is pretty good, breathable and washable, though I would prefer it were softer, and it's a bit odd that it is only made to fit the pillow cutout on one side. I'd like to try an additional case over this one but haven't yet.

Ordered my sleep pillow three weeks into my CPAP therapy. It has been incredibly helpful. I am a side sleeper and my mask no longer pushes into my face and I no longer have sores on the inside of my cheeks. I was hesitant to try the pillow, but am so glad I did. Worth the investment.
