    Not waking up HOT anymore.

    I didn't think it would really make a difference, with my every night heat spikes were concerned. I used to wake up in the night being too hot and have to throw the covers back and wait until I cooled down. Then try to have just enough covers on so that I could get back to sleep but not get too hot again. The last three nights it hasn't happened. Somehow my temperature seems to be managed and I'm not waking up except for once a night to pee. My sleep has been a disaster for years with never getting enough sleep or rest and being tired in the mornings and not really on my game the rest of the day. The only thing I've changed in my sleep program is the Sleep Doctor's mattress pad! I'm gonna go with that and be one happy camper if this continues.     Cooling mattress topper is comfortable

    I added this cooling memory foam topper to my hybrid firm mattress as my mattress was a little to hard for me. As a slide sleeper I found I needed some more softness as I was waking up with some lower back pain and aches around hip area.

    This memory foam topper was easy to add on top of my mattress with elastic straps at corners so it does not shift at all. The topper is about 3 inches thick and adds the right amount of softness to top of my mattress when sleeping. Plus the memory foam topper stays cool at night . I am happy with this affordable topper which has helped me sleep better with no back pain.
