AirAvant Medical Bongo Rx EPAP 90-Day Kit

I have only used this for 6 days, and I can already see it could be a great solution for me, even though I bought it as a travel solution. It eliminates my dry mouth issue with my CPAP, which has been bad enough that I have to take medicine to reduce the dryness. As suggested, I downloaded the SnoreLab and can see that my snore score has dropped to zero. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I don't think it fits my nostrils. Immediately when I started using it, my respiratory rate increased to 18.5 throughout the night, while my blood oxygen % dropped to as low as 92.5%. I don't recall reading about an option to buy a package with various sizes, a travel case, and a drying rack before I ordered this, but I've since read that people need to try a different size in their starter kit. That would have been a better investment for me, so I could have figured out the fit on my own instead of having to contact someone for help. If you see a starter package option, consider paying $199 instead of $99 to get the whole package! After using a CPAP for about 30 years, this will be life-changing if I can get my respiratory rate and blood oxygen under control with a different size!

With only mild sleep apnea that was diagnosed using the home sleep test, I am grateful to be getting more restful sleep without investing in a CPAP machine

This has definitely improved my sleep. I feel more rested and the sleep tracking on my Apple Watch shows a significant reduction in breathing disturbances.

It does sometimes cause some irritation just inside my nose where the device is inserted which has caused me to occasionally take a 1-2 day break from using it. I have found putting a bit of petroleum jelly inside my nose before inserting the device reduces this.

I had tried so many methods over the past several years to improve my sleep and had made some progress, but I was still dealing with fatigue and brain fog on a pretty consistent basis. I finally did a sleep study and was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. Not wanting to use a CPAP, I tried Bongo Rx first. It has been a game changer! I wake up feeling refreshed, my brain fog is gone, and I have higher energy throughout the day. My family also tells me that I'm in a better mood and more even tempered (yikes). I have recommended a sleep study to many of my friends based on my experience to see if they could benefit from these also.

Unfortunately I got sores in my nostrils from the device, but that being said as painful as snores are, I was happy my wife didnt have to deal with snoring
