The best way to keep your Birch mattress clean is to use a protective mattress pad to prevent stains, spills, and dirt. For routine care, vacuum the mattress surface and spot-clean the cover as needed—just be sure not to remove it. Although rotating the mattress isn’t necessary, you’re welcome to do so. Keep in mind that Birch mattresses are not designed to be flipped.
