Sleep, blessed sleep
As an external source of sleep inducing comfort, this pillow is perfect. I am a side sleeper with neck issues, and need to crunch up my pillow "just right". This pillow returns to it's normal shape while supporting my head and neck. I do use a silk pillowcase also, so no massive temperature shifts.
I do have allergies that require careful dust precautions. That said, I have not washed it yet, so cannot comment yet about that.

Comfy and cool
Its a really great pillow that is both comfortable and cool to touch. I like it better than their more expensive silk pillow that they also sell. I want to try the blanket next.
