The AirTouch F30i Comfort full-face CPAP mask is designed with one goal: to make nightly therapy as comfortable as possible. Like other AirTouch F30i masks, it cradles your face with a ComfiSoft cushion under the nose. But the Comfort model goes a step further, featuring a frame wrapped in soft, breathable fabric.

Thanks to AdaptiSeal technology, the mask adapts naturally to the shape of your face, creating a secure seal without the need for excessive tightening or adjustments throughout the night. A top-of-the-head tube connection and 360-degree swivel elbow keep the tubing out of the way, allowing freedom of movement for back, stomach, and side sleepers alike. And QuietAir diffused venting reduces the noise to a minimum.

Important Update: In December 2023, the FDA issued a warning that the magnetic clips on CPAP masks may interfere with the performance of certain metallic medical devices. Patients should not use this mask if they or someone close by has any of these devices implanted in their body.

Daily

  1. Wash the cushion only. Disconnect the mask from the tubing and device and remove the cushion. 
  2. Soak the cushion in a mixture of warm water and mild liquid detergent. 
  3. Handwash the cushion, giving extra attention to the vents. 
  4. Rinse the cushion under running water. 
  5. Squeeze cushion dry with a clean towel to remove excess water. 
  6. Leave cushion to air-dry out of direct sunlight. 

Weekly

  1. Wash all components. Disconnect the mask from the air tubing. Disassemble the mask using the magnetic clips and fastening tabs according to the manual. Detach the elbow from the top. 
  2. Soak components in a mixture of warm water and mild liquid detergent.
  3. Gently scrub all components except for the cushion with a soft, non-metallic bristle brush, giving extra attention to the vents in the elbow. Hand-wash the cushion without a bristle brush, also focusing on the vents.
  4. Rinse all components under running water to ensure no soap remains.
  5. Squeeze all fabric components dry with a clean towel and shake the QuietAir vent to remove excess water.
  6. Leave all components to air-dry out of direct sunlight. 

Note: If there’s any visible deterioration on a mask component, such as tears or cracks, it should be replaced immediately. Pilling and fraying of the fabric components will not affect mask performance.

How It Works

The AirTouch F30i Comfort rests just below your nose and covers your mouth and nostrils. The ComfiSoft fabric cushion conforms to the shape of your face to create a secure seal, while a fabric casing keeps the frame feeling soft against your skin. 

The mask delivers a constant stream of pressurized air while you sleep to help keep your airways open. QuietAir diffused venting technology keeps the airflow noise to a minimum. 

The tube connects to the top of the mask frame, allowing air to flow freely from the CPAP machine without getting in your way. The mask is easy to pop on and off, thanks to magnetic clips, a flexible frame, and a quick-release elbow.

How to Use It

  1. Assemble and inspect your mask for cracks, tears, or dirt buildup.
  2. Position the cushion under your nose and over your mouth to create a gentle seal. 
  3. Pull the headgear over your head and adjust the straps evenly until the mask feels snug but not restrictive.
  4. Connect your hose to the swivel elbow at the top of the mask frame and to your CPAP machine.
  5. Turn on your machine and check for air leaks. Reposition the cushion or adjust straps as needed.
  6. Lie down in your usual sleep position and breathe normally.
