The AirTouch F30i Clear Frame System includes the soft, fabric cushion and clear, flexible frame for the ResMed AirTouch F30i full-face CPAP mask—everything you need except the headgear. 

The lightweight frame features a top-of-head tubing connection that keeps your hose out of the way for greater freedom to move as you sleep. And the AdaptiSeal cushion gently conforms to your face for a secure, comfortable seal in any sleep position.

Important Update: In December 2023, the FDA issued a warning that the magnetic clips on CPAP masks may interfere with the performance of certain metallic medical devices. Patients should not use this mask if they or someone close by has any of these devices implanted in their body.

Care

Daily

  1. Remove the cushion from the frame and detach the headgear.
  2. Gently hand-wash the cushion and frame in warm water with a mild, fragrance-free soap.
  3. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
  4. Lay all parts flat on a clean towel to air-dry, keeping them out of direct sunlight.

Weekly

  1. Inspect all components for signs of wear or damage, and replace as needed.
  2. Wash the headgear and all mask components in warm, soapy water.
  3. Rinse each part thoroughly under clean running water to remove any soap residue.
  4. Allow all components to air-dry completely before reassembling the mask.

How It Works

The AirTouch F30i Clear Frame System delivers pressurized air through a soft, under-the-nose cushion that also covers the mouth, helping keep your airway open throughout the night. The AdaptiSeal cushion molds gently to your face to maintain a secure, comfortable seal without excessive pressure. 

Air travels through the frame from the top-of-head tubing connection, allowing you to move freely without tangling or pulling. A quick-release elbow makes it simple to disconnect the mask from your CPAP machine during the night without removing the entire setup.

How to Use It

  1. Assemble the mask and check all parts for cracks, tears, or buildup before each use.
  2. Position the cushion under your nose and over your mouth so it seals completely without pressing too tightly.
  3. Pull the headgear over your head and adjust the straps evenly until the mask feels secure.
  4. Attach your CPAP or BiPAP tubing to the swivel elbow at the top of the frame.
  5. Turn on your machine and check for leaks. Adjust the cushion or straps if needed.
  6. Once everything feels right, lie back in your preferred sleep position and breathe normally.
