Both the ResMed AirFit™ F30i and X30i are full-face CPAP masks with a lightweight frame and a slim profile to ensure minimal facial contact. This replacement headgear can be used with any AirFit F30i or X30i model regardless of cushion or frame size. ResMed recommends replacing your mask's headgear every six months.

How do I replace ResMed AirFit headgear?

Start by removing the existing headgear from the mask frame. Undo the fastening tabs on the upper headgear straps and pull them off the frame, keeping the magnetic clips attached to the lower headgear straps. Then, thread the new upper straps through the frame from the inside. Fold the fastening tabs over to secure them in place.

How do I adjust ResMed AirFit headgear?

You can adjust ResMed AirFit headgear by tightening or loosening the straps located on the sides and top of the headgear. Undo the fastening tabs, adjust the straps evenly and in small increments while wearing the mask, then test your seal by turning on your CPAP machine. The goal is to create a secure but comfortable seal around your nose or mouth without over-tightening, which can cause discomfort or leaks.

How do I clean ResMed AirFit headgear?

Hand-wash your ResMed AirFit headgear weekly using mild soap and warm water. Gently rub the straps and rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue. Avoid using harsh detergents or soaking the headgear for extended periods, as this can degrade the material. Hang it up to air dry completely before reattaching it to your mask. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.

    Sleep Doctor CPAP machine Accessories

    I ordered new head gear. My original had become worn and unusable. The web site was very user friendly. They posted photos of the items they sell. It made it easy to identify the headset that would fit my mask. I ordered a new one. I received the correct model. It arrived earlier than was promised. I was very satisfied with Sleep Doctor and the equipment I purchased.
