Dr. Nilong Vyas is a board-certified pediatrician with more than a decade of experience helping families improve sleep. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University, completed her pediatric residency at Children's Hospital in New Orleans, and holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University. She is the founder of Sleepless in NOLA, where she provides evidence-based sleep coaching for families nationwide.
