You've likely heard the phrase biological clock, but do you know what yours actually says about you?

Your biological clock dictates multiple processes in your body, including circadian rhythms like alertness and sleepiness, appetite, and mood changes throughout the day. Some people feel more energized and productive in the morning whereas others don't hit their prime until later in the evening.

These peaks and valleys are determined by your chronotype - your natural, genetic inclination to do certain things at certain times.

Graph of each chronotypes varying energy levels.
