David Duhon, M.D., J.D.

David
Duhon, M.D. obtained his B.S. in Biology
from St. Edwards University and also attended The
University of Texas as an undergraduate. He attended
graduate school in Biochemistry at Louisiana State
University before entering L.S.U. Law School, where
he was nominated to the bar review. He then practiced
law in public interest firms in Louisiana for five
years before entering L.S.U. Medical School in New
Orleans. Following medical school, he completed
an internship in Internal Medicine at the Ochsner
Foundation Hospital in New Orleans and a residency
in Neurology and a residency extension in Sleep
Disorders at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
He has practiced medicine in Austin since 1990. |

Jennifer Chen
Hopkins, M.D. |
Jennifer Chen Hopkins, M.D.,
grew up in Ruston, Louisiana. She obtained a B.S.
in Chemistry from Yale University. Having had
enough of the blustery cold weather, she returned to
the warmth of the South and attended medical school
at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences
Center in New Orleans. She then migrated to Houston
to complete a combined residency in Internal
Medicine and Pediatrics at Baylor College of
Medicine, followed by an additional fellowship in
Sleep Medicine with the Department of Pulmonary,
Critical Care, & Sleep Medicine. Dr. Hopkins’ areas
of special interest include obstructive sleep apnea,
parasomnias, and pediatric sleep disorders.
In her spare time, she enjoys
cooking, playing tennis and hearing live music with
her husband Kirby, playing with their dog Maggie at
the park, and practicing good sleep hygiene.

Lee Myers, FNP, APRN-BC

Byron
Lee Myers, MSN, RN, FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner)
is originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico. His initial
medical training was as a United States Army medic,
serving on active duty as a Psychiatric Specialist
from 1986-1989. He attended New Mexico State University
as an undergraduate and obtained his B.S. in Nursing
from the University of Texas at El Paso. He returned
to military service as an Army Nurse Corps officer
and critical care nurse until he entered graduate
school at The University of Texas at Austin. There
he obtained his M.S. in Nursing from the University
of Texas Family Nurse Practitioner program.
